Topographical Site Surveys

Topographical Surveys are carried out by qualified staff to the highest possible degree of accuracy, the sort of accuracy that is the difference between a world record or not. Using the latest surveying equipment and software in order to produce the best possible end user product in any format that the client requires. Deliverables from basic paper plots to in depth 3D CAD Models which facilitate easy data interrogation for the end user.

The equipment currently used for these surveys is Leica TS16 total stations and Leica GS14 GPS SmartAntenna’s, with the resultant data currently processed by Applications in CAD n4ce software.

Land Form Volumetric Surveys

SURVATEC VOLUMETRIC SURVEYS

These surveys are carried out in much the same way as Topographical Surveys but with attention focussing on the geometric shape of the landform so that an accurate 3D Model can be produced in order to facilitate computer modelling of surveyed surfaces so as to produce accurate volumes of specific Stockpiles, Quarry Faces or Landfills.

The equipment we currently use for these surveys is Leica TS16 Total Stations, Leica P40 Scanstation and Leica GS14 GPS SmartAntenna’s with the resulting data currently processed by Applications in CAD n4ce software.

Measured Dimensional Building Surveys

BUILDING SURVEYS

We have carried out these surveys for several Developers, Architects and Building Surveyors. Depending on the end user requirement we carry out these surveys using either Laser Disto, Total Stations or typically our 3D Laser Scanner.

Each method will produce an accurate database of points so as to allow easy point-to-point interrogation/ dimensions. Accurate drawings can then be produced for use by the client.

Site & Deformation Monitoring

Over the years we have been involved in several monitoring projects. These include, Subsidence Monitoring on private dwellings, Land Subsidence due to Mining activity, Subsidence on Landfill sites, Movement monitoring for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Lateral Movement on walls, earth/ soil banks, and Lake Dams.
