Will a site visit be required before survey works can begin?
On occasion, a site visit may be required but generally we can review client requirements and provide our Scope of Works and Cost without visiting site ahead of mobilisation.
How soon will I receive my Survey?
SurvaTec Limited aim to deliver Surveys within one week following demobilisation from site although smaller works may be completed sooner. For larger projects we can provide Proposed Programmes of Work with detailed deliverable time frames.
Will I require "Stats" before the survey works can begin?
HSE Guidance HSG47 requires that Statutory Undertaker information be collated and reviewed ahead of any intrusive site works. For our Utility Mark Up and Mapping services, Stats will be required and while some clients chose to provide these themselves, SurvaTec Limited can supply with costs on application.
